Thoravej 29 er et banebrydende eksempel på bæredygtig arkitektur. En tidligere industribygning er forvandlet til et åbent og dynamisk community for 178 mennesker. Med innovative greb som genbrugte TT-dæk til trapper skabes lys, luft og nye forbindelser. Transformationen har sparet 88% CO2 og viser, hvordan eksisterende bygninger kan omdannes med omtanke for både miljø og fællesskab.
