The Circle Bowl is designed as a perfect circle, although it visually creates the illusion of an ellipse. It has never been produced before since Finn Juhl designed it in 1954. With the bowl, he wanted to reinterpret a traditional form resulting in a design that embraces the beauty of symmetry with carefully thought out proportions. The sides of the bowl are carefully balanced and rise as much as they fall, creating symmetrical lines around the bowl. The uniformity creates eye-catching reflections of everything placed in the bowl.
