Exploring Copenhagen

Exploring Copenhagen is a book that brings together multi-disciplinary design advocates sharing their personal experiences, reflections, and visions for Copenhagen to engage city stakeholders in ensuring people-first, sustainable city development. The stories explore the role of design as a tool to understand the global reach of Copenhagen’s everyday livability.

Exploring Copenhagen features 12 chapters over 12 months in Copenhagen, with personal interviews and testimonies describing the challenges and successes of the city’s diverse urban neighborhoods. The book is designed to illustrate Copenhagen through these personal narratives, in addition to hand-drawn depictions of the authors and the urban landscape.
